University Suite 2014 ¾ Payroll The module entitled ”Payroll” of the project “university Suite” is mainly deal with payroll processing of KUHS, by providing an integrated solution covering all salary related activities in the university. This System introducing: A paperless office concept. The new system can be utilized to store the salary related details permanently. ¾ Attendance Management KUHS* Suite Time Attendance Management Software is automated Time & Attendance Systems that provides an alternative to the mechanical time clock systems or paper-based timesheets. This allows offices to track and evaluate the performance and work activities of employees using a single software application. Time & Attendance Software enables employees to store, track and organize the most important employee time related information in single place. This User’s Manual provides descriptions of the operating procedures of Biometric Device and KUHS* Attendance Management Module. ¾ Student registration Student registration is another important module of KUHS*Suite. The first stage of Student Registration University publishes a general notification for “Opening Student Registration”. All Colleges can view that notification in KUHS*Colleges portal and can register students for each course through the college portal. Secondly University publishes Stream and course level wise “Closing Notification of Student Registration” Separately. Till that closing date colleges can continue their registrations. After closing date all colleges must process course wise the annual administration fee and student registration fee. Second stage of student registration is “Registration Verification”. For that university publishes another notification “Date of Verification” for certificate verification, that notification includes the list of colleges and their verification date. After successful verification university provides register numbers for each student. Page 9
