University Suite 2014 ¾ Migration Certificate The module entitled “Migration Certificate” of the project “university Suite” is mainly deal with Migration Certificate of KUHS, by providing a new system for the Online Submission of the application for migration certificate. It will provide certificate online .The new system can be utilized to store the details permanently. ¾ Cancellation-Student registration To start registration cancellation process university must provide stream and course group level wise cancellation fee .Login as either system administrator or any seat those who have the menu ”colleges” for entering the fee details. After all entries of registration cancellation fee, all principals of each college can apply for registration cancellation of students. Only registered students can cancel the registration. To start registration cancellation process university login as any seat those who handles online tapal for cancellation. ¾ Faculty Management Take the Submenu “Faculty Details” from main menu “Master” for Faculty Administration. In the “view” menu List all the faculties in the college with minimum detail. If one faculty is transfer from one college to another, in such case that employee service stopped from transferring college and it comes in the free list. Then the Principal of transferred college can add that employee from the “Free List” select box. There are two sections “service details”,”Transfer & posting details”. If any faculty leave from the college, then must be edit the posting details. For editing Click “edit link image”, when we click on edit link image two extra fields shows in the posting details section. That is ‘relieving date’ and ‘relieving reason’. Update that details, then that faculty comes on the free list box in the “New” tab. Page 10
