Product Features The University is like a large institution dealing with variety of college under KUHS concerned with thousands of students in Kerala. Number of students and teaching and non teaching staff of each college with diverse issues are interacting with the University administration daily and numerous files of these issues are getting originated on different subjects, which are handled by limited number of employees. It is one of the very complex administrative setup under the university. Vice chancellor as the Administrative head finds it very difficult to get timely and accurate information for the decision making from the huge data generated in the university. It is the prime responsibility of the administration to tackle the issues timely and effectively. For this they should be equipped with suitable IT tools so that they can be more efficient, responsive and transparent. This System introducing: A paperless office concept, U2U – It is University-To-University service Network between the KUHS,U2C – It is a University To Colleges service, which provides access to the colleges under KUHS through Internet. U2S – It is University-To- Student service Network between the KUHS and Student of KUHS. University is the basic administrative unit of the all colleges under KUHS. So there is more chance to handling request, letter, and other file from each colleges compare to handling of file in particular college. And also it handles many administrative activities of different areas. For administrative convenience the work in the University is divided into various sections and seats. 3.
