University Suite 2014 ¾ Finance and Accounting Management The module entitled” Finance and Accounting Management” of the project “university Suite” is mainly deal with finance management of KUHS, by providing an integrated solution covering all accounting areas and activities in the University. This module mainly focuses on Double Entry System. This System Introducing: A paperless office concept. The new system can be utilized to store the details permanently. The proposed system is to convert the present manual Finance and Accounting management system of the Office Procedure in the KUHS to a computerized system. The computerized new system is to minimize the clerical effort, automatic generation of Statements and reports of accounts produce accurate calculations, inform the date to send reminders, easy retrieval of the account details, quick decision-making and thus creating an efficient system.
