University Suite 2014 Figure 18: Employee Increment • click on increment tab • There should a chance for getting increment to the employees.At that time select the increment tab. • Select the employee. • The salary details corresponding to that employee will be displayed in the screen. • The left side details shows the employee’s current salary details • In the right side enter the with effect from date for the new pay change (For eg: Basic pay, Grade pay etc) • Enter new basic pay,grade pay,special pay,DA,HRA for that employee.
