Figure2: Faculty Administration • To show more details and edit that details Click “Edit” button . • The details of that selected faculty will shows in the form and can make the changes of that data, save that details by clicking “Submit” button. New • Through this menu we can add new faculty, also can edit existing faculty details. • Free list section shows faculties who not assigned to any colleges .For example if one faculty is transfer from one college to another, in such case that employee service stopped from transferring college and it comes in the free list. Then the Principal of transferred college can add that employee from the “Free List” select box. There is no need to enter basic details again. • * Marked fields are mandatory. We must enter those details. • save that details by clicking “Submit” button. Page 170
